This structure, at 309.6 m briefly the tallest in Europe, and now occupying second place following the completion of the 338.8 Mercury City Tower in Moskva in 2013, was inaugurated on 5 July 212 and completed in November that year. Both structures will soon be out-ranked by Moskva’s Federation Tower, which in fact consists of two skyscrapers, the eastern one being 363?373? m high. Work on this building started in 2003, and although subjected to various delays, it is now expected to be completed in 2015.
